I began my career in Real Estate in 1978. During the next 15 years my professional involvement was in Commercial, Industrial and Office Leasing, Sales and Management. I have been a full time Residential REALTOR® for the past 9 years. As of October 3, 2008 my new office affiliation is with Windermere Real Estate, Spokane, WA.

2009 CHAIRMAN SPOKANE WINDERMERE COMMUNITY DAYS
- Each year every Windermere office through the west and Hawaii select a community project in need of hard work. On the same day almost every Windermere Associate in every city pitches in with a lot of elbow grease and fixes, builds, re-builds or repairs a local nonprofit or community oriented tax supported facilities which have fallen into disrepair.
2007 REALTOR ACHIEVEMENT AWARD RECIPENT (Spokane Association of REALTORS®)
- The Realtor Achievement Award is presented each year to a REALTOR® member whose recent achievements and energy have contributed in an outstanding manner to the real estate profession and the community. I organized the Spokane Associations of Realtors Affordable Homeownership Symposium in 2006 and spear-headed the subsequent work of the Spokane Affordable Homeownership Task Force 2006 to present. My efforts lead to the Spokane Association of REALTORS being awarded two National Association of REALTORS Smart Growth Grants in 2006 and 2007. We were the only Association in the country to receive the grants.
- I also served two terms as the Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee. (2004-2006)

- I am a past member of the Spokane Association of Realtors Board of Directors (2007-2008).

- As well as being involved in local professional and civic activities I am also involved in the Washington REALTOR® Association as the Regional Realtor Political Action Committee Trustee (RPAC).
